Greetings from the Sunshine State. Alligator Amber Ale is Craft a Brew's Florida-inspired American amber ale — built for boat docks, backyard barbecues, and sunny Florida afternoons.
We've been based in Orlando, Florida since the beginning. After years of brewing from the heart of the Sunshine State, we wanted to make a beer that felt like home. Cascade, Simcoe, and Citra hops bring bright citrus character that nods to Florida's famous citrus groves. Caramel 60 malt delivers rich caramel sweetness and that signature warm amber pour — the color of a gulf coast sunset. A touch of Chocolate malt adds just enough cocoa depth to give the beer complexity without pushing it dark. From the orange groves to the Everglades — this is Florida in a glass.
ABV: ~6.2% | IBU: 33 | SRM: 15 (Amber) | OG: 1.058
