Crafted in County Cork, Bertha’s Revenge Irish Gin pays tribute to one of Ireland’s most beloved residents — Bertha, the world's oldest cow. This distinctive small-batch gin is made using whey alcohol sourced from local dairies, combined with a rich blend of traditional and wild botanicals including juniper, sweet orange, cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon. The result is a silky-smooth, complex spirit with a bright citrus burst, a warming spice backbone, and an irresistibly creamy finish.
Elegant yet bold, Bertha’s Revenge is perfect for classic G&Ts, sophisticated martinis, or sipping neat to appreciate its craft. Celebrate character, heritage, and a touch of Irish mischief with every pour.
