A blend of straight bourbon whiskeys distilled in Tennessee & Kentucky finished in calvados casks
Blackened Whiskey and Rabbit Hole Distillery are both known for forging their own paths in American whiskey. Rabbit hole’s unique mash bills and sourcing malt from europe, coupled with blackened whiskey’s sonic-enhancement process are proof that innovation can come in unexpected ways in whiskey making.
Rob and kaveh believe that creation is personal and that quality and artisanship drive everything they do.they constantly challenge the way they approach whiskey making and are always striving to surpass current standards. It’s these shared values and the appreciation for art in all its forms that came together in this collaboration that resulted in a complex, bold flavor profile.
