Dwarf Sour Cherry is an iconic fruited saison that showcases Blindman Brewing’s mastery of mixed fermentation. Built on a complex saison base, this beer is refermented and aged with tart, expressive sour cherries harvested from the Dwarf Cherry Tree. The result is a vibrant interplay of bright acidity, soft funk, and refined farmhouse character, with layers of cherry skin, almond-like pit nuance, and a gently dry finish.
Widely regarded as one of Canada’s most celebrated craft beers, Dwarf Sour Cherry has earned more awards than any other beer in the country, including two coveted Best of Show medals at the Canadian Brewing Awards. Elegant, expressive, and meticulously crafted, this is a beer reserved for special occasions—and worthy of them.
