Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested from both the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco. Slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens, double-distilled in copper pot stills, and bottled unaged in hand-blown Mexican glass, it offers an exceptionally clean, vibrant profile blending sweet roasted agave with bright orchard fruits, citrus, and crisp minerality.
Food Pairing: Fresh ceviche, grilled shrimp, lime-marinated fish tacos, guacamole, and fresh goat cheese.
Tasting Notes : Crystal clear appearance with slow, solid legs and a smooth, light-to-medium body.
Nose : Cooked agave, fresh fruity notes of green apple, pear, and tropical pineapple with subtle minerality.
Palate : Smooth and sweet entry with strong cooked agave, pineapple, bright citrus, and soft vanilla touches.
Finish : Clean, refreshing, and slightly sweet with lingering herbal nuances and crisp mineral notes.
Serve : Serve neat, on the rocks, or as an elevated base in classic craft cocktails like a Paloma or Margarita.
