Great coffee starts long before the first sip.
CHEMEX Filter Squares are crafted from high-quality specialty fibres that are 20–30% heavier than standard filters — thick enough to catch bitter elements, oils, and grounds before they ever reach your cup.
The prefolded square design makes setup simple, while the bleached bonded construction ensures uniform extraction for coffee with genuine clarity and complexity. Whether you're brewing a single cup or a full pot, these filters deliver consistent, pure results every time. With 100 filters per pack, you'll have plenty on hand for every brew.
Compatible with all CHEMEX Brewers except CM-1, CM-1C, and CM-1GH.
Specifications:
- Filter Type: Bonded Square, Bleached (White)
- Pack Size: 100 filters
- Filter Weight: 20–30% heavier than standard coffee filters
- Shape: Prefolded square
- Compatible With: All CHEMEX® Brewers except CM-1, CM-1C, CM-1GH
- Sold Separately: CHEMEX coffeemaker
How to Use:
- Place your finger between the 3rd and 4th layer of the filter and open it into a funnel shape.
- Place the funnel in the top portion of your CHEMEX® coffeemaker, with 3 layers on the side with the spout.
- The spout acts as an air vent, allowing air to escape the lower section so coffee draws down at the proper rate.
- Gently pour hot water through and around the filter to rinse, then discard the rinse water.
- Add your coffee grounds and brew.
