Introduction
Chloe Prosecco is an elegant sparkling wine from the Prosecco DOC in the Veneto region of Northern Italy. The Chloe Wine Collection, named after the Greek word for 'blooming', is a portfolio of award-winning wines crafted to showcase fragrant aromas and captivating layers. The collection has been developed under the expertise of experienced female winemakers like Georgetta Dane and Andrea Brambila, who focus on sourcing premium fruit from the world's most prized vineyards.
Wine Description
This wine is light straw yellow in colour with greenish hues and features a fine, silky mousse. The sensory profile is defined by an inviting nose of white flowers, apple blossom, and citrus, alongside notes of peach, green apple, and white guava. On the palate, it is light-bodied and refreshing, offering flavours of pears and tangerines balanced by an opulent yet elegant acidity. The finish is crisp and clean, revealing a hint of minerality that reflects the calcareous soils and mountain proximity of the vineyards. Crafted from 100% Glera grapes, this sparkling wine has an ABV of 11%.
