Originating from Argentina in the famous Mendoza region, specifically from high-altitude vineyards along the foothills of the Andes Mountains, Circus Cabernet Sauvignon represents a lively, fruit-driven expression of South American red winemaking. Sourced from estate vineyards benefit from intense solar radiation and cool mountain nights, Circus is crafted to showcase the vibrant varietal purity and accessible structure of Argentine Cabernet Sauvignon. The winemaking philosophy focuses on sustainable viticulture, temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation, and gentle oak contact to produce a smooth, food-friendly wine designed for everyday enjoyment.
Wine Description
The wine presents a deep, vibrant ruby red colour with dark garnet edges in the glass. An inviting and fruit-forward bouquet opens with aromas of ripe cassis, dark plum, and black cherry, layered with subtle notes of green bell pepper, cedar wood, cocoa, and sweet baking spice. On the palate, it is medium to full bodied, rich, and smooth, delivering generous flavours of juicy blackberry, red currant, and dark chocolate supported by a balanced streak of fresh natural acidity. Framed by soft, rounded tannins and a clean texture, it concludes with a warm, supple finish marked by lingering notes of dark berry fruit and subtle oak spice. Composed of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, it combines expressive Argentine black fruit generosity with an easy-drinking, approachable structure.
