Código 1530 Rosa Tequila is a premium blanco tequila that is rested for 21 days in unsearred French White Oak Cabernet wine barrels from Napa Valley. This brief aging process imparts a natural pale pink hue along with subtle red fruit notes, elevating the pure, crisp profile of fully matured estate-grown Blue Weber agave without overwhelming its essential blanco characteristics.
Food Pairing: Fresh salmon sashimi, grilled shrimp tacos, goat cheese crostini, strawberry salads, or light ceviche.
Tasting Notes : Brilliant pale pink with a light, silky, and refined mouthfeel.
Nose : Subtle floral notes, fresh red berries, light cherry, cooked agave, and bright citrus.
Palate : Soft and balanced with sweet cooked agave, light red wine fruitiness, subtle berry notes, and a hint of white pepper.
Finish : Clean, smooth, and dry with lingering red fruit accents and soft floral sweetness.
Serve : Serve chilled, neat in a tasting glass, on the rocks, or as an elevated base for a Rosé Paloma.
