Susana Balbo is recognized worldwide as “the Queen of Torrontés” for her pivotal role in transforming this grape variety during the early years of her career in Cafayate, Salta, in the 1980s. At that time, Torrontés transitioned from being viewed merely as a blending grape to becoming Argentina’s most representative white varietal. This vibrant and aromatic wine features notes of citrus, passion fruit, lychee, and white flowers, culminating in a long, mineral finish.
