Double Zero Eau de Vie de Cidre Apple Brandy is a crystal-clear, unaged apple spirit that showcases the pure essence of premium apples in their most distilled form. Crafted in the tradition of French eau de vie, this exceptional brandy is made from carefully selected apples that are fermented into cider and then distilled to capture the fruit's natural complexity and aromatic intensity. Unlike barrel-aged brandies, Double Zero remains unaged to preserve the bright, authentic apple character without the influence of wood, resulting in a clean and vibrant spirit that puts the fruit front and center. This artisanal approach creates a sophisticated brandy that honors Old World distilling traditions while offering a fresh, modern drinking experience.
On the nose, Double Zero delivers an intoxicating aroma of fresh orchard apples with delicate floral notes and a hint of citrus brightness. The palate is remarkably smooth and refined, offering pure apple flavor that ranges from crisp and tart to subtly sweet, with layers of complexity that reveal the quality of the fruit and the skill of the distillation. The finish is clean and elegant with a gentle warming sensation and lingering fruit notes. This versatile spirit can be enjoyed chilled as a digestif, mixed into creative cocktails where its pure apple character can shine, or used to add sophistication to classic drinks. Whether you're exploring craft spirits or seeking a unique addition to your collection, Double Zero Eau de Vie de Cidre offers an authentic taste of apple brandy in its purest form.
