The El Gran Legado De Vida Blanco Tequila is a tribute to time-honored production techniques and the storied heritage of Cascahuin. Agave is prepared using steam injection within traditional stone ovens over several days, followed by a cooling phase and precise milling. Fermentation in modern stainless steel tanks sets the stage for a meticulous double distillation process that uses both copper and stainless steel equipment, achieving a robust spirit at 55% ABV. The use of locally sourced deep well water during proofing further ensures a perfectly balanced profile.
After fermentation and distillation, the spirit rests in stainless steel tanks for 15-30 days before being hand bottled and labeled. This process results in a tequila characterized by bright citrus and floral notes complemented by hints of agave and spice. Its memorable body and medium-to-long finish make it a standout option for enthusiasts seeking an authentic representation of Cascahuin’s legacy. Add this distinguished spirit to your collection today.
