Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested in the Lowlands of Jalisco (Los Valles / Amatitán). Cooked under pressure in autoclaves, extracted via roller mill, and fermented spontaneously in open-air tanks before double-distillation in stainless steel pot stills at Casa Herradura (NOM 1119). Bottled immediately after distillation without oak maturation, this crisp, unaged expression highlights the pure, energetic profile of lowland agave with bright citrus accents, lively green pepper, and crisp earthy notes.
Food Pairing: Fresh fish ceviche, lime-marinated shrimp tacos, fresh guacamole with totopos, spicy salsa verde, grilled chicken fajitas, and goat cheese.
Tasting Notes : Crystal clear with bright silver clarity and a clean, light-to-medium body.
Nose : Fresh cooked agave, crisp lime zest, lemon peel, green apple, subtle herbal notes, and a touch of wet stone minerality.
Palate : Crisp, clean, and vibrant with sweet roasted agave, bright citrus oil, fresh green herbs, and energetic white and black pepper spice.
Finish : Clean, short-to-medium, and refreshing with lingering citrus sweetness and crisp peppery warmth.
Serve : Serve neat as a shot, on the rocks, or as a classic base for Margaritas, Palomas, and highball cocktails.
