Evolution 1276 Blanc De Blancs
A classic English traditional method sparkling wine, crafted from a blend of 100% Chardonnay sourced from the 2019 and 2020 vintages. The two vintages complement each other beautifully, balancing vibrant fruit purity with elegant complexity. Each batch is disgorged after 9 months on the lees. This allows the wine to develop evolving maturity and nuanced character with every bottle.
- Evolution 1276 Blanc De Blancs has fresh aromas of ripe green orchard fruits, delicate apple blossom, and a subtle saline, flinty minerality.
- Palate is textured and complex with a touch of oak influence, offering refined bready notes from time on the lees.
- Finish has fine, persistent effervescence with pure, focused acidity providing structure, length, and ageability.
Enjoy this 1276 sparkling wine as a aperitif or pair with delicate seafood, oysters, white fish, or lightly creamy dishes.
