hatch is a specialty coffee roaster from Markham, Ontario. Their nitro cold brew shows classic chocolate-y notes and is brewed STRONG. hatch reckons you’re getting 350mg caffeine in this 330ml can. Perfect for big sleepyheads, or maybe for sharing with a buddy.
(Caffeine content would vary based on dose, extraction, etc, but a double espresso might clock in around 120mg.)
What’s cold brew? A convenient way of cold extracting coffee, which emphasizes chocolate-y notes and minimizes bitterness. What’s nitro? Nitrogen gas - when added to drinks, it adds a smooth velvety texture and can enhance perceived sweetness and reduce bitterness.)
