This limited-edition release, originating from Barrel #27494, showcases the mastery of fine whiskey-making and the innovative fusion with the iconic Manhattan cocktail.
High West American Prairie Bourbon is celebrated for its rich and full-bodied taste, achieved by blending a selection of straight bourbons aged between 2 and 13 years. However, this distinctive expression takes it a step further with a unique finishing process. By maturing the bourbon in barrels that previously held Manhattan cocktails, it gains a depth of flavor that is truly unmatched.
Handpicked by the esteemed connoisseurs at Sip Whiskey X Nestor Liquor, this High West American Prairie Bourbon Finished in Manhattan Barrels is a rare gem, making it an excellent addition to any whiskey collection or a distinguished gift for the bourbon aficionado in your life.
Don't miss the opportunity to secure your bottle from Barrel #27494 and experience the unparalleled taste sensation born from the innovative union of American bourbon and Manhattan cocktail barrels. This is truly a whiskey to be treasured and enjoyed.
Tasting Notes: On the nose, you'll encounter an inviting aroma of sweet cherries, aromatic bitters, and a touch of warm vanilla. As you take your first sip, delight in the silky-smooth texture and savor the complex melding of caramel, dark fruit, and a hint of oak. The Manhattan barrel finish imparts a sophisticated layer of classic cocktail essence, perfectly accentuating the bourbon's natural richness. The finish is long, smooth, and elegantly balanced, leaving you with an unforgettable taste experience.
