Junipero Smoked Rosemary Gin is a first for American craft gin — an unfiltered San Francisco gin bottled at 98.6 proof, with beautifully balanced notes of smoked rosemary and citrus that make it ideal for elevated cocktails.
From Junipero, one of the pioneers of the American craft gin movement, the Smoked Rosemary expression is unlike anything else on the US market: smoked rosemary brings a savory, aromatic depth that plays against bright citrus, while the high, unfiltered 98.6 proof keeps the botanicals bold and expressive.
