Liber & Co. Classic Gum Syrup is a premium cocktail syrup that brings authentic texture and sweetness to classic cocktails. Made with gum arabic, cane sugar, and water, this traditional syrup adds silky body and a luxurious mouthfeel that simple syrup can't match, elevating drinks like the Whiskey Sour, Daiquiri, and Old Fashioned.
Gum syrup has been a staple in classic cocktail recipes since the 19th century, prized for its ability to add both sweetness and a velvety texture that balances spirits and citrus. Liber & Co. crafts this syrup using traditional methods and quality ingredients, creating an essential tool for craft cocktail enthusiasts and professional bartenders who demand authenticity and excellence.
Tasting Notes:
Clear and viscous with a clean, pure sweetness. The palate is smooth and silky, featuring balanced cane sugar sweetness with a rich, velvety texture that coats the mouth. The finish is clean with lingering sweetness and luxurious body.
Perfect for:
Classic cocktails like the Whiskey Sour, Daiquiri, Mojito, and Old Fashioned where texture and balance matter. Use anywhere you'd use simple syrup for a more refined, professional result that elevates your cocktails to the next level.
