Macallan Horizon Whisky
The Macallan Horizon whisky is an expertly crafted single malt presented in a ground-breaking horizontal vessel. Symbolising the rich heritage of both The Macallan and Bentley Motors and their shared future vision. This innovative design merges traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology. With the vessel’s twist motif representing an extraordinary journey toward the future.
Macallan Horizon is Macallan’s most ambitious design yet, achievable only through the collaboration with Bentley Motors. The horizontal vessel challenges the traditional vertical whisky bottle aesthetic, inspired by the automotive world’s horizontal trajectory. It embodies craftsmanship, creativity, and innovation, paying tribute to the legacies of both The Macallan and Bentley Motors while looking forward.
Six materials compose this whisky, essential to both The Macallan and Bentley Motors. Showcasing the unparalleled craftsmanship and shared commitment to excellence that defines this collaboration.
The Macallan’s Master Whisky Maker, Kirsteen Campbell, aimed to capture the essence of a Bentley motorcar in this sophisticated and bold single malt whisky. She carefully selected six first-fill sherry seasoned oak casks that provided the perfect intensity of flavour, texture, and natural colour to reflect the extraordinary fusion of The Macallan’s signature style with Bentley’s timeless quality and design.
- Macallan Horizon Whisky has rich and indulgent dried fruit
- Beautifully balancing spice flavour notes with oak and leather aromas, reminiscent of Bentley’s world
- The whisky’s rich, long-lasting finish mirrors their timeless quality and design
