Tasting notes: Almond Biscotti, Walnut, Velvety Texture
Full Bloom is a 100% natural Yellow Catuai from Daterra in Brazil, grown at 1,500 metres. MAME’s relationship with Daterra began around its 2018 World Brewers Cup championship journey, and this coffee reflects the farm’s focus on expressive naturally processed lots. The filter roast is built around a dense, syrupy texture and a long caramel finish.
MAME describes sweet almond, biscotti and walnut, alongside ripe stone fruit, blueberry and plum. On drip methods, the coffee is rich and fruity, while the creamy body also works well with cow’s milk or plant-based alternatives. For MAME’s published filter recipe, use a 1:15 ratio, medium-fine grind and 93°C water.
