A Culinary Collaboration: The Okanagan Spirits Maraschino
Discover a vintage-style spirit born from a unique partnership between our distilling team and one of Canada’s most celebrated culinary minds, Chef Rod Butters of Kelowna.
Often confused with sweet cherry liqueurs, true Maraschino is complex, dry, and nutty—and ours is no exception. Comparable to the renowned Luxardo style but crafted entirely with 100% Canadian🍁 ingredients, this spirit is a testament to local terroir meets world-class distillation.
Every batch is meticulously crafted in our state-of-the-art German copper pot stills to achieve a clear, aromatic profile that bartenders and mixologists covet. It is an essential component for the sophisticated home bar, specifically designed to shine in legendary cocktails like the Aviation, the Last Word, or the Martinez. Experience the difference of a truly craft, chef-inspired Maraschino.
