Ornabrak Single Malt Gin is an Irish single malt gin crafted from 100% Irish malted barley and four times copper pot distilled, then distilled a fifth time with five carefully selected botanicals — producing a complex and floral Irish gin with the underlying malt-driven character of a single malt whiskey base.
Single malt gin is a relatively rare category that uses malted barley (rather than the typical neutral grain spirit) as the base — producing more cereal depth, richer mouthfeel, and structural complexity that aligns with the producer’s single malt whiskey heritage. The five-botanical light touch keeps the focus on the underlying malt character.
