Fruity and aromatic nose
Complex flavor profile
Accessible for beginners
The Assemblage #01 is a distinct Jamaican rum blend crafted by Rest & Be Thankful, produced at the Clarendon distillery and blended with components from Long Pond, New Yarmouth, and Worthy Park. Aged between 13-17 years, this rum exhibits citrus and tropical fruit aromas with pronounced notes of pineapple and lime solvents. On the palate, it offers a complex interplay of tropical fruits, barrel undertones, banana, and subtle spices. With an ABV of 46%, it is accessible to newcomers yet nuanced enough for seasoned enthusiasts, though some find it lacking punch for its price. The Assemblage #01’s limited release includes 5188 bottles.
