Chopped Chile Co. Red Hatch Chile is made from flame-roasted, chopped, and diced whole Hatch chiles — never dried powder reconstituted with water like most competing sauces. Grown exclusively in New Mexico's Hatch Valley, where high desert altitude, intense sun, and cool nights create an irreplaceable flavor profile, red Hatch chiles offer deep, sweet, and complex notes of dried fruit and chocolate with a well-rounded heat. Starting with fresh, whole ingredients results in a chunky, authentic sauce that works as a simmer base, topping, or finishing sauce. Gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and free from preservatives and artificial flavors.
