Roederer Estate Brut is a sparkling wine from the United States, crafted in California’s renowned Anderson Valley, Mendocino County. The estate was established in 1982 by Champagne Louis Roederer, one of the most prestigious Champagne houses in France, bringing centuries of expertise to Californian soil. The Roederer family’s commitment to estate-owned vineyards and meticulous winemaking ensures wines of exceptional finesse and consistent quality.
Wine Description
Roederer Estate Brut presents a brilliant pale gold colour with a lively stream of fine bubbles. The nose offers enticing aromas of crisp green apple, pear, and citrus, interwoven with delicate notes of hazelnut and fresh-baked brioche from extended lees ageing. On the palate, it is vibrant and elegantly balanced, displaying flavours of lemon zest, stone fruit, and a hint of spice, carried by a creamy mousse. The wine is medium-bodied with a refreshing acidity, culminating in a long, clean finish with a touch of minerality.
