SIBARIST BREWING SYSTEM
Maximum Consistency, maximum flavour
The SIBARIST BREWING SYSTEM is designed to deliver consistent extractions, maximise flavours, and concentrate aromas with a smooth, effortless workflow. Inspired by minimalism, the system eliminates the need for a traditional dripper: the filter floats freely inside an insulated, heat-stable brewing chamber, preventing bypass and uneven extraction.
The inner chamber minimises the distance between the coffee bed and the cup, ensuring clean, even flow during drawdown while reducing agitation and preserving volatile compounds. Coffee flows gently over an extended chamber surface for early heat dissipation, enhancing flavour retention.
The workflow is simplified and intuitive: the HALO moves the filter from grinder to brew to disposal without rinsing or extra components. Everything is designed for a fluid, seamless brewing experience.
Crafted to maximise aroma and flavour, each system is handmade in Barcelona from high-quality borosilicate glass, offering superior thermal stability and durability.
