Wrapper: Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro
Binder: Nicaraguan
Filler: Nicaraguan
Profile: Full
The Tatuaje Surrogates Animal Cracker is a bold, full bodied cigar created for smokers who want big flavor, strength, and complexity in a substantial format. As the name suggests, the Animal Cracker embraces the larger ring gauge, delivering an intense smoking experience that showcases the power and richness of premium Nicaraguan tobacco.
Created by Dan Welsh and Pete Johnson under L'Atelier Imports, Surrogates takes a different approach from traditional cigar lines. Rather than using one blend across multiple sizes, each Surrogates vitola features its own unique size and blend, allowing every cigar in the portfolio to offer an entirely distinct smoking experience.
The Animal Cracker features a dark, oily Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers, creating a robust, full bodied profile packed with character. Expect rich notes of dark earth, espresso, leather, black pepper, dark chocolate, and subtle natural sweetness, with plenty of strength building throughout the smoke.
Powerful, complex, and unapologetically bold, the Surrogates Animal Cracker proves that a large ring gauge can deliver far more than size alone, offering a true hunt for big flavor and strength in every draw.
