All the grapes were grown by Earlco Vineyards Ltd. and sourced exclusively from the
Naramata Bench. Our house white blend consists of Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris and
Ehrenfelser. All varieties were processed and co-fermented in stainless steel tanks
together. Following a cold stabilization, the wine was fined and filtered. Bench White is an ideal summer patio wine produced in an off-dry style. On
the nose and palate, Bench White is a tasty fruit salad with notes of honeydew melon,
nectarine and lychee. With great texture and medium body, this wine comes to a clean
and fruit driven finish.
