Delicate. Distinctive. Delightfully fruity.
This exceptional small-batch Irish whiskey from Two Stacks is finished in apricot brandy casks, drawing out layers of luscious fruit and refined sweetness. The result is a beautifully balanced spirit that showcases the natural vibrancy of Irish whiskey, elevated by an expressive cask finish.
On the nose, soft apricot and ripe stone fruits are joined by notes of honey and a touch of marzipan. The palate unfolds with toasted almond, gentle spice, and a rounded richness, leading to a silky, lingering finish with whispers of citrus zest and mellow oak.
Equally suited for contemplative sipping or use in elegant cocktails, this is a whiskey that brings subtlety and character in every glass.
