Uncle Val's Zested Gin is a small-batch botanical gin built around bright citrus — with a delicate juniper presence and perfumed aromas of fresh citrus, crushed coriander, bergamot tea, mandarin peel, and clove, leading to revitalizing flavors of Crenshaw melon, cucumber, and Kaffir lime.
Inspired by Zio Valerio's love of gardening and native Tuscan cuisine, Uncle Val's builds its gins around favorite cooking ingredients. Zested is the citrus-forward expression — sophisticated and stylish, with juniper taking a supporting role behind layered citrus and herbal botanicals.
