Vicario Olive Leaf Liqueur is a distinctive amaro from Greer, South Carolina, crafted with tender, estate-grown olive leaves harvested in spring from ancient trees in Villa Sant’Andrea, Cortona, Italy. Macerated in neutral spirit and blended with select botanicals, it delivers fresh, delicate notes with a subtly herbal character. Made from 100% non-GMO neutral wheat spirit and bottled at 38% ABV.
With its intriguing Italian roots and modern Southern craftsmanship, this olive leaf liqueur offers a refined twist on the traditional digestivo. Enjoy it neat at room temperature, chilled for a refreshing summer pour, or gently warmed with a slice of lemon in winter. It also adds an elegant herbal layer to creative cocktails.
