Vini Rabasco Cancellato 2021 is a red wine made from 100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo by Iole Rabasco in Pianella, Province of Pescara, Abruzzo. The wine is mostly red wine from the most recent previous vintage, blended with fresh, free-run early-harvest juice of the current vintage. The fruit comes from the Cancelli vineyard, planted to 40-year-old vines on calcareous clay soils. Fermentation is spontaneous, and the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks until bottling in the spring, with no filtering or fining.
