Distilled with a curated selection of botanicals, Waterloo Prickly Pear & Rose balances traditional gin structure with vibrant prickly pear and a soft rose lift, producing a beautifully pale-pink gin made for elevated G&Ts and floral cocktails.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Waterloo Prickly Pear & Rose very sweet?
It leans fruit-forward and floral, with prickly pear sweetness and rose aromatics, but keeps a classic gin balance with juniper and botanicals.
Does it still taste like gin?
Yes — traditional juniper is still in the profile, layered with prickly pear and rose for a more modern, botanical style.
How should I serve it?
A premium G&T with a rose or citrus garnish, or a light prickly-pear-and-rose spritz, both keep the floral aroma and pink color front and center.
