Voyage. Master's Keep. Wild Turkey — an oloroso sherry cask finished expression from Wild Turkey's annual ultra-limited Master's Keep series, presenting aged Kentucky bourbon finished in oloroso sherry casks that add dried fruit, walnut, and rich oxidative complexity to the distillery's characteristic spice and vanilla base.
Voyage explores the intersection of Wild Turkey's high-rye bourbon character with the sherry cask finishing that is more associated with Scotch whisky than American bourbon. The oloroso sherry finish adds a layer of confectionery richness — dark fruit, toffee, roasted nuts — that extends and complicates the standard Lawrenceburg profile in a way that the standard Wild Turkey lineup doesn't attempt.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What is oloroso sherry and how does it affect bourbon? Oloroso is an oxidatively-aged Spanish sherry — dry, nutty, and deeply complex. Finishing bourbon in oloroso casks adds dried fruit, walnut, toffee, and oxidative richness that extends the bourbon's standard vanilla and spice profile without masking it.
- How does Voyage differ from other Master's Keep expressions? Voyage uses sherry cask finishing, which is unusual for American bourbon and distinguishes it from age-statement-focused expressions like Master's Keep Decades or Bottled in Bond. It's the cross-cultural finishing experiment in the lineup.
