This structured and 'vibrant' sparkling wine originates from Italy, within the expansive, premium Prosecco D.O.C. designation of the country's northeast Veneto region. Bread & Butter Wines originally born in California and celebrated across North America for its highly accessible, fruit-forward style strategically ventured to the historic hillsides of northern Italy to craft this lifestyle-focused cuvée. Operating under a winemaking philosophy that prioritizes immediate, uncomplicated pleasure and crowd-pleasing balance, the brand works closely with trusted local Italian growers. The vineyards are exposed to sun-drenched daytime hours balanced by refreshing evening winds, yielding grapes that perfectly preserve their delicate primary aromatics and crisp, thirst-quenching structural definition.
Wine Description
The Bread & Butter Prosecco presents a brilliant, pale straw-yellow appearance in the glass with light, youthful greenish reflections and a lively, persistent stream of delicate bubbles. Its sensory profile is exceptionally fresh, expressive, and high-toned, opening with an inviting, fruit-forward bouquet of bright green apples, fresh pear slices, and white peach, beautifully layered with fragrant underlays of honeysuckle and soft floral blossoms. On the palate, the wine is light-bodied, fluid, and beautifully balanced, showcasing a juicy core of crisp orchard fruits and zesty citrus oils. It is characterized by its outstanding inner energy, a refreshing backbone of natural acidity, and a creamy, approachable effervescence. The mouthfeel is soft, clean, and remarkably supple, driving into a crisp, off-dry finish that leaves a lingering, mouthwatering impression of sweet citrus pith and clean minerality.
